HMRC submissions

The regular filing of payroll submissions to HMRC is included in our payroll processing cost and we ensure that these submissions are filed in accordance with the HMRC requirements.

Year End Reporting

Don’t dread the approach of April, allow Pay-Nex to remove the burden associated with the preparation and filing of your annual reports to HMRC. We do everything, including the preparation and distribution of P60 documentation, payroll updates and the reporting of expenses and benefits ……. relax, Pay-Nex has got this for you.

What is included in your managed payroll service?

Our service includes everything from liaising with our clients to ensure that the take over process runs smoothly, processing the payroll and pension contributions, processing new starters and leavers, issuing of P45’s, uploading pension contributions to the pension provider, completing the Declarations of Compliance, tax year end processing, contacting HMRC when necessary on our clients’ behalf and making submissions to HMRC. And when surprises occur, such as the recent Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, we manage all the complex calculations and deal with any claims.

How complicated will it be to move our payroll and pension scheme over to Pay-Nex and what is the transfer process?

We make the process as seamless as possible, if you are transferring from another service provider we will deal with them directly, once we have your authorisation and we have yet to encounter a professional company that does not respond appropriately to a polite request. If you are moving to Pay-Nex from an in-house situation, we will take every bit as much care to act with complete professionalism and discretion in dealing with your team.

The simple answer is to say that we look after everything payroll related. Of course, in order for you to trust in our services we need to meet or chat about how exactly we can help, what your expectations are of us, and the precise nature of our services.

You need to be assured that we will take time to understand your business, we deal with client companies of all shapes and sizes in every imaginable sector and of course there are certain factors that are common to all.

We discuss your business in as much detail as possible, you may have a large seasonal workforce or have very specific employee profiles, some sectors require adherence to strict HM Government legislation whilst others may require the handling of highly sensitive details.

Once we have a firm understanding, we work closely with you or your finance team to take control of your payroll provision. It may be that you have a current provider, in which case we will act professionally on your behalf to make sure that the transfer is seamless.
