Anybody unfamiliar with the story of Mandira’s Kitchen would probably be amazed at how quickly the company, based adjacent to the Silent Pool in Albury, has grown in a little over two years.

These people would need to be assured about two important factors, Mandira’s Kitchen might be relatively new but the recipes, inspiration, and style have been many generations in development, this is not just great food it is also a genuine cultural and culinary experience.

The second factor is Mandira herself. Often described as a ‘force of nature’ Mandira is a person that gets things done, when in 2018 the business needed new premises for their kitchen and retail operation none could be found…so Mandira built some, renovating a 16^th century outbuilding on the Albury Estate.

Transforming a derelict building into a modern, fully equipped commercial kitchen might have been daunting for some but Mandira took it all in her stride, and just for good measure added a retail shop at the same time.

Nowadays the company delivers authentic Indian food across the UK by mail order and runs hugely successful cookery courses as well as a full catering service.

The workforce at Mandira’s Kitchen includes many casual workers, working mums and students as well as a small team of full-time managers and chefs, the payroll could easily become a challenge even for Mandira.

We run the entire process, handling e-payslips and liaising closely with the management team to ensure that no matter how busy the operation, everybody is paid on time, every time.
