Everycare, Central Surrey

Everycare is a national franchise organisation providing home care for individuals of all ages and abilities, their service demands the highest level of professionalism and they hold themselves to extremely high standards in every aspect of their organisation.

The Central Surrey Franchise was established in 2012 by Pauline Herring after working for many years at a senior level within the NHS. The company is very much a thriving family business and is now run by her daughter, Serena Coates (Business Manager) and son, Nigel Herring (Registered Manager).

Everycare Central Surrey employs a team of dedicated healthcare assistants, working tirelessly to help clients across the region. Their service is in huge demand and they are constantly recruiting new employees to keep up with the capacity of work.

Employee retention is consequently hugely important to Everycare, and alongside many other benefits, Serena is able to ensure the prompt and correct payment of her team thanks to Pay-Nex. Due to the nature of the business, employees often work irregular shifts and there are many cases of overtime, live-in and anti-social hours to be considered as well as mileage allowances and expenses.

We work with Everycare to make sure that every payslip is calculated correctly and our online portal provides fast and secure confidential access to payment history, current payslips and salary details for every member of staff.

Our payroll can be quite complex, so for peace of mind, I decided to outsource the payroll to Pay-Nex a few years ago.  I cannot recommend Dena and her team enough.  They are extremely professional, have great expert knowledge and very dedicated to their clients.  I would be lost without them.
