WHY PAY-NEX

In almost every scenario outsourcing payroll makes sense

You know your business better than anyone, and at Pay-Nex we have over 40 years of experience working with all types of businesses and we know that whatever you do, we can help.

This broad spectrum of specialist knowledge is one of the reasons why we act on behalf of so many accountants and accountancy practices, these finance professionals recognise the value of our services and the business efficiencies that we deliver for their clients.

Our skills have been developed over many years, but we understand that the only way we can stay current is with training, that is why every Pay-Nex team member undergoes a rigorous regime of continuous professional development.

We don’t operate a ‘one fits all’ solution for our clients’ payrolls. Every single payroll is bespoke because we recognise that not every business operates in the same way.

Following a discussion at the time we take on a payroll we spend time finding out about the business and the requirements in the way of management reporting, we discuss what needs to be displayed on the payslip and we design the process around the client’s requirements.

There are a number of different pension schemes our clients use and we have a relationship with all the pension providers so that the auto enrolment process runs smoothly.

The way the pension schemes are set up differ. We take care of all the anomalies so that our clients don’t need to worry about their payroll – they can go about what they do best, running their own business.

There are a number of business types that require specialised knowledge and experience, a greater understanding of the intricacies involved with a workforce or specific regulations that must be adhered to such as the hospitality industry, the care industry and charities, and we make it our business to ensure that we are up to date on all the relevant legislation.
