YOUR PROBLEM

Looking to increase your margin on payroll or reduce your risk?

There are many and varied reasons why accountancy firms are looking for ways to reduce their risk and to increase their margins.  We are members of The Institute of Payroll Professions who provide our training so that we are up to date with the ever changing legislation.  Our payroll software is subject to constant updates to keep up with these changes and we are able to assure our clients that they will be compliant.  Apart from the reasons already mentioned, payroll software comes with high charges and by outsourcing this function, there is another cost saving to consider.

OUR SOLUTION

Guaranteed compliance and peace of mind reporting making you look good to your clients

  • White label our service or, if preferred, we can work with your clients direct
  • Fully managed payroll and pensions - freeing up your time so you can concentrate on what you do best
  • Qualified payroll professionals each well-versed in the latest HMRC and workplace pension related legislation

Early this year we were asked by a large firm of accountants to take over 42 client payrolls and get them processed within 3 weeks of them confirming that they wanted us to take over their payroll function on a white label basis.

It is not always a simple task taking on payrolls at a late stage in the tax year due to various brought forward balances and it isn’t always possible to import the data, but we worked hard to get these payrolls set up and processed the first month for them successfully 3 weeks later.

The main reason for the transfer of their payrolls was the difficulty in recruiting competent payroll personnel and retaining them. This is a known issue within the payroll industry. We are fortunate in having a team who work together efficiently following processes which we have developed.

We liaise with this client on a regular basis to update them on their clients’ payrolls and highlight any issues to them in a timely fashion and they are delighted with the service we are providing to them.
