The team at Pay-Nex have been processing payroll for almost 40 years and we provide an efficient service via a team of dedicated and experienced payroll professionals. Payroll has become increasingly complex over the past decade with numerous changes to payroll legislation and the function of Auto Enrolment is complex and time-consuming and requires compliant software, additional training and extra staffing resources and this is where Pay-Nex is able to offer a solution.

We are members of CIPP – the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals – where we attend courses to bring us up to date with new and ever-changing payroll and workplace pensions legislation and we also attend seminars presented by The Pensions Regulator.

Our price structure is very competitive. We can work directly with accountancy firms’ clients or alternatively we can white label the service, and clients will be unaware of our arrangement. We can personalise the service to include branding of payslips and pension communications.
